Delivered on time quality product no nonsense. Desktop fired up as expected and all was good.

Item arrived promptly and worked for about 2 weeks before the HDD failed. I tried to contact their customer support and have received no reply.

After leaving this review I had an email 8 hours later, they are picking the laptop up for repair tomorrow. I will keep the review updated with the progress.

Edit to add.
They picked up the laptop on the 19th we are now on the 24th and I haven't had any email or contact to say what's happening or even that they have received it, that's after me emailing them and sending them a Facebook message too.

Stone refurb customer services really is shocking!!

If I don't have a reply within 48 hours I will class the item as stolen.

Ordered a grade b Dell pc tower.
Ordered 2nd Jan. arrived today 6th Jan.
Although grade b, no marks visible and is up and running with no problems.
Great value for the money.

Computer does not work on the Internet every time I go to a website and log in the Internet closes down and I tried to contact Stone refurb you get left on hold so anyone thinking of buying a refurb computer from Stonehouse refurb please buy from someone better than them

Still awaiting a refund following my purchase that didn't arrive, , I've sent email but get unanswered i think they are playing at business, I've been on the phone to them waiting 30 mins for an answer which is diverted from a remote business, now I'm in the process of a refund my credit card company'

Great product ( Dell Inspiron 5290 2in1 ) at a great price arrived as described and support is very quick and helpful however I had to drop a star for two reasons. One minor....Delivery time was long. I wanted it for Xmas so ordered on 16th December, well before 19th Dec Xmas cut off, and it wasn't sent to DPD until 29th Dec. DPD however delivered next day. I understand its a busy period tho. The other reason is because it arrived with wrong power cord. Luckily I had a friend with a spare but its a weird mistake.

Absolutely the worst seller I've ever dealt with. Bought something and paid for next day delivery... they didn't even bother sending it. When I raised the issue the said they'd "check with their warehouse and if it wasn't posted they'll provide a refund". Instead, they waited 3 days and then send the item anway. It has been 13 days and not only do I not have what I ordered but this company does not help or respond to any correspondence.

Avoid using ebay for this retailer. In fact, probably avoid unless you can go and collect what your purchasing. Chosen courier failed to deliver. I don't believe it takes 2-3 weeks for courier investigations and feel these delays are fabricated.
